Size: 2.6" H, 10.9" dia. A simple shallow bowl accented with bold black rim and fluted edging. Acclaimed Japanese potter Akio Nukaga crafts one-of-a-kind works of art for use in daily life. Modernist, with distinctly Japanese roots, the assured shapes and expressive surfaces are grounded with an earthy, rustic texture. Each one of Akio Nukaga's signature pleated designs are thrown and carved by hand at his countryside studio in Kasama, Japan. Care Instructions We recommend hand washing with a mild, non-acidic and non-abrasive dish detergent, such as Seventh Generation or Planet Dishwashing Detergent.
