Each sign is made to order and not eligible for return due to it's custom nature.  Please Note: You must inspect the item at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged it can be refused at the time of delivery but you must take photos of the damages before it is returned to the truck. If you do not catch the damage until after, please keep all original packaging and notify us ASAP.   The amount of chippy-ness and distressing will vary by window and any elements of chipping, discoloration, knots or distressing are the nature of the item and will not be considered as damaged.
